Preamble
As the computer industry accelerates the pace towards adopting
liquid cooling for its thermal management needs, this cooling
solution is gradually finding its place into mission critical
machines. The pump is the heart of a liquid cooling system, and
such systems require the highest quality components which are
only afforded by industrial class pumps.
Features
Introducing the MCP600 pump: a high reliability, high
pressure industrial pump. It features a centrigugal magnetically
driven pump with a 12 Volt DC brushless motor. The pump is completely
plug-and-play, and connects directly to any computer power-supply
through standard 4 pin power connectors.
It's compact design, quiet and powerful motor, make it ideally
suited for heavy duty cooling in environments where space is at
a premium.
Summary of benefits
- Superior 12 Volts DC convenience
- Superior Industrial reliability due to microprocessor controlled
brushless motor. The ceramic impeller support shaft is supported
at both ends with a thrust bearing.
- The MCP600 can be used with full confidence in any MP
servers, and high-end workstations.
- Superior real world performance versus any aquarium pump we
have tested to this date (MCP300, Eheim 1250, Eheim 1048, Hydor
L30), due to the closed impeller design.
- The high pressure capability of the MCP600 is particularly
well adapted to the proliferation of daisy-chained liquid cooling
devices in a single circuit: Multiple Processors, Chipset, Graphics,
and Hard Drives.
- Heavy duty aluminum casing dissipates motor heat efficiently,
reducing heat transfer to cooling fluid to nominal levels.
- Compact Design
- Quiet Operation thanks to brushless motor
- ½" barb fittings
- No maintenance when used with de-mineralized water, and anti-fungal
additives (Our HydrX additive is recommended)
- Quick installation with adhesive neoprene pad, or permanent
installation with thru bolts.
