Introduction
The 22500series liquid cooling kits are designed
for near silent operations in extreme thermal load environments
such as dual processors, thermoelectric applications,
or extreme overclocking. These kits are ideally suited
for wide body server cases featuring 120mm fan ventilation.
Performance features:
- 1/2" (Tubing OD) combined with 330 GPH pump for
optimal flow rate
- Extreme performance water-bocks with patent pending
Diamond-Pin Matrix© technology
- Slim profile radiator assembly with dual 120mm fan,
each rated at 55 CFM (25dBA) each. Radiator installation
may require extensive case modifications. Please verify
radiator dimensions here
Convenience features:
- Pump and fill & leed assembly are pre-installed
in a tray to fit into a 5 1/4" bay : no reservoir
is needed, resulting in space saving, and uncluttered
installation.
- Quick-connect fittings, for safe and expeditious installation
- Plug-and-play water-block installation, doesn't require
removing the motherboard
- Pump relay switch to couple the pump operations to
computer power-supply.

In most situations, the radiator will be installed
outside of the case, either on a side, top, or back
panel, with the two 120mm fans installed inside of the
case. A custom gasket is provided with the assembly
to optimize the seal between heat-exchanger, panel,
and fans. The inlet and outlet tube diameter are 3/8",
and factory equipped with 1/2" quick-connect elbow
fittings. Rubber grommets are provided for routing
the tubing inside the case.

The kit consists in the following parts:
- MCP300 pump (see detailed specifications here
) - Pump is secured to tray with velcro pad and strap,
and can easily be removed if needed. The power cord
has been cut and terminated to simplify end-user assembly
and directly plug into our pump relay switch kit (see
PRS kit details below).

- 1/2" Fill & bleed kit: this kit replaces
a reservoir. it allows to fill the cicuit with coolant,
and conveniently bleed it from any air bubles. The circuit
can then be used in a closed-loop, and requires no maintenance
or refills. All fittings are 1/2" quick-connect
type, for quick and convenient installation.
- 5 1/4" tray fits in standard CD Rom drive bay
as shown below:

- (2) 2 1/2ft long, 1/2" tubes for fill and bleed
operations

Because the pump runs on A/C, a 12 volt relay switch
is provided to allow you to use your computer on/off
switch to control the pump: when the computer is turned
on, the relay switches the A/C current to the pump on,
and when the computer is turned off, the relays switches
the power off. An A/C socket, A/C cord, and a mounting
plate are provided with the relay to complete a professional
installation. The relay is compatible with 110 or 220
VAC. This is the only part in the kit that requires
cutting a hole in the case.
